1. Introduction

Welcome to CLASHING HEADS (“CLASHING HEADS”).

CLASHING HEADS is owned and operated by COAST CREATIVE MARKETING LLC, a California limited liability company dba CLASHING HEADS, CLASHNG HEADS.COM, CLASHING HEADS.CLUB, CLASHING HEADS.NET (“CLASHING HEADS,” “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the CLASHING HEADS mobile application, http://www.clashingheads.com/, https://clashingheads.club, www.clashingheads.net website(s) (“CLASHING HEADS WEBSITES”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

Our Community Guidelines, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy governs your visit to [https://clashingheads.com] and CLASHING HEADS mobile application, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

2. Community Guidelines Standards

CLASHING HEADS is a “First Amendment,” free speech platform. We encourage discussion and free form debate from all sides and political opinions. Users (our “Clashers”) post or stream their debates in what we call “clashes.” It is the intent of CLASHING HEADS that our platform be used to turn our disagreements and “clashes” into more reasoned exchanges of differing viewpoints.

3. Think of CLASHING HEADS like the British Parliament!

Disagree, but don’t be disagreeable! (At least not obnoxious or worse!)

4. “Disagree” means disagreeing with a Clasher’s positions or arguments. Being “disagreeable” means personal attacks against the Clasher.

5. Try to avoid ad hominem clashes. Limit your clashes to clashes about a Clasher’s position or arguments and not about them personally.

6. If you find yourself saying something about another Clasher (such as “You’re out to lunch”), try doing it with humor or wit! (Use humor or wit so other Clashers will not take what you say personally.) Use our CLASHING HEADS stickers to vent!

7. The best rule of thumb is to clash with facts, humor and wit, don’t be personally hurtful and use common sense when in doubt.

8. Personal attacks that are hateful or discriminate will not be tolerated.

No harmful activity
We prohibit any activity that could hurt someone from scams to threats to intimidation to libel / slander to trolling to physical harm. DON’T DO IT!

Be respectful
We’re all in this together – So, no yelling, no profanity, no insults and no excuse to be rude – but you can be funny – if it cannot be taken seriously.

Try to be Honest!
No fake news! – Provide cites!

Argue with Humor!

Arguments are okay – but arguing with anger is not! – Argue with humor!

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:

· In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

· Information that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, harassing, threatening or hateful to any person, including the Service, its officers, agents, employees, volunteers or other users of the Service.

· Information that infringes or violates any of the intellectual property rights of others or the privacy or publicity rights of others, including the Service;

· For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

· To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.

· To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

· Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity, voice, news, opinion or information you provide or falsely state.

· In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

· To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

· Provide a message or information under a false name, false identity or false voice.

· Use the Service in any manner that could damage the reputation of the Service;

· Knowingly provide false information or engage in the dissemination of information you did not personally verify.

· Act as a “troll” or use the Service or third-party social media to defame or state untruths about users of the App or the Website that may jeopardize it or them and/or cause harm to their persons, properties or reputations.

· Facilitate “bots” or manual manipulation of votes taken on surveys for the purpose of skewing false results.

YOU MAY NOT REGISTER OR PARTICIPATE ON CLASHING HEADS UNLESS YOU ACCEPT THESE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES, ALONG WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY POLICY AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PRIVACY POLICY AND COMMUNITY GUIDELINES WHEN REGISTERING.

9. Monitoring

CLASHING HEADS is a community in which all users are responsible for their own Content and agree to notify the Service when any User appears to have violated the CLASHING HEADS Community Guidelines.

As a user, you are encouraged to provide your own feedback, updates, information that may help improve the accuracy of reporting on the App or Site.

We provide a “flagging” / reporting mechanism to alert Admin of CLASHING HEADS of any abuses of our Community Guidelines and Terms of Conditions by any other User.

You are cautioned against reporting on other users simply because you may disagree with their opinions or find them offensive. Please be aware we will track your IP address and create algorithms that may be used to identify you as an abuser. In such case, you are subject to disciplinary measures, not limited to suspension or termination of your use of the Site or App AT THE INDEPENDNENT AND TOTAL DISCRETION OF CLASHING HEADS.

You are requested to consider the difference between Prime Time Network Television and Cable Television content when posting on the Website or App and are cautioned against using language that would not be broadcast in the ordinary course of broadcasting on primetime network television or would be inappropriate for minor children to view or hear. You understand that misuse of this standard would subject You to suspension or termination from CLASHING HEADS at our sole discretion without any notice or warning from us. Consider if Your language would likely be “bleeped” on prime time network television that You should refrain from using the language and agree to voluntarily monitor, edit and resubmit said Content to conform to CLASHING HEADS standards.

24. Changes to This Community Guidelines Policy

We may update our Community Guidelines Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Community Guidelines Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Community Guidelines Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Community Guidelines Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
